Submit your measurements to order a bike
If you have placed an order for a bike from us, please follow the instructions on this page and enter your measurements so that we can ensure a good fit on your new bike. Do not attempt to do these measurements yourself. Have someone help you. You don't need that person to be a professional bike fitter. Any other person will be just fine.
Please provide measurements for ordering a bike
For the best accuracy, have someone help you, and do each measurement 3 times.
Please provide measurements in millimeters. (to convert inches to millimeters, multiply by 25.4). You can watch this video for full instructions, and then each individual measurement has a link to an individual video instruction for that specific measurement.
