If you don't see the package you want, you can request a custom quote. 

Once you approve your quote, you will be able to submit your deposit following the instructions in your quote

Option 1: In-person bike fit at Zinn Cycles in Colorado

Option 2: Follow our easy instructions to submit measurements online for a remote bike fit

Once your deposit and fit are complete, the design process begins.

We will use your measurements or fit results to create a CAD drawing of your bike

Review and consult with design team for any changes

Once approved, we will submit the design to the framebuilder for production

Titanium frames can be anodized or painted

Steel and aluminum frames will get powder coated

Let us know your style preferences and we will create and send an aesthetic mockup for your approval
